1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items can be returned only if they are:
- Damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- Incorrect items delivered (different product than what you ordered).
- To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).
2. Non-Returnable Products
Due to the nature of our business, the following items are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or defective at delivery:
- Fresh fruits and vegetables
- Dairy products
- Frozen items
- Packaged foods that have been opened or tampered with
- Perishable groceries (bread, bakery items, etc.)
3. Process for Returns and Refunds

- Provide your order number, contact details, and product photos showing the issue.
- After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund (as per your choice, subject to product availability).
4. Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via UPI or bank transfer.
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting us at +91 80586 96788.
- Once the order is out for delivery, cancellations are not possible.
