1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned only if they are:
    • Damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
    • Incorrect items delivered (different product than what you ordered).
  • To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).

2. Non-Returnable Products

Due to the nature of our business, the following items are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or defective at delivery:

  • Fresh fruits and vegetables
  • Dairy products
  • Frozen items
  • Packaged foods that have been opened or tampered with
  • Perishable groceries (bread, bakery items, etc.)

3. Process for Returns and Refunds

  2. Provide your order number, contact details, and product photos showing the issue.
  3. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund (as per your choice, subject to product availability).

4. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via UPI or bank transfer.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting us at +91 80586 96788.
  • Once the order is out for delivery, cancellations are not possible.
